Billing

  • Subscription payments are automatically charged on a recurring basis according to the plan selected at checkout.

  • By subscribing, you authorize Happy Mail Fairy to charge your selected payment method for future subscription payments.

Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing date.

Your subscription will continue until canceled by you or terminated by Happy Mail Fairy in accordance with this policy.

Cancellations

To avoid being charged for the next subscription cycle, cancellations must be submitted before your next billing date.

Once a subscription payment has been processed, that month's subscription shipment cannot be canceled.

Refunds

  • Subscription payments are non-refundable once processed.

  • Partial refunds are not available for unused portions of a subscription period.

  • Refunds may be considered only in cases of billing errors or duplicate charges.

Shipping

Shipping dates may vary due to holidays, inventory availability, weather conditions, or postal service delays.

Address Changes

Subscribers are responsible for maintaining an accurate shipping address.

Address updates must be submitted before the monthly billing date to ensure delivery to the correct location.

Happy Mail Fairy is not responsible for shipments sent to an outdated or incorrect address provided by the subscriber.
